Doctor Vent is growing across the continental US, and we hire for attitude and reliability first — the technical skills of dryer exhaust cleaning are trainable, but showing up on time at an occupied apartment community and treating residents with respect is character.
Roles We Hire
Crew Technician: the hands-on role — vent cleaning, photo documentation, resident interaction. Full training provided. Requirements: reliable, presentable, comfortable with ladders and physical work, able to pass a background check (you will be working inside residents’ homes).
Crew Lead: runs a crew and a schedule — quality control, photo report completeness, site coordination with property staff. Usually promoted from technician; direct hires with multifamily trade experience considered.
Regional Operations: as markets grow, we add regional coordinators who own scheduling, crew performance and client relationships across a territory.
