Quotes
Quotes are prepared from information provided by the client and satellite/street imagery assessment. Quotes are valid for 90 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Material differences between quoted assumptions (unit count, termination types, access) and site conditions may require quote revision before or during work, communicated before proceeding.
Service Terms
Doctor Vent serves multifamily communities and commercial properties of approximately 50 units and above. Scheduling is agreed with the client’s site team; unit access depends on resident notice and entry procedures agreed in advance. Units inaccessible after the agreed re-attempt process are documented and excluded from billing or rescheduled by agreement.
90-Day Guarantee
If any vent cleaned by Doctor Vent exhibits restricted airflow within 90 days of service, we will re-clean that vent at no charge upon notification. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover new blockage causes (construction debris, bird nesting, appliance faults) or vents documented as damaged in our deficiency report and not remediated.
Reports
Photo reports and completion certificates document the condition and work performed at the date of service. They are not engineering assessments and do not certify concealed duct conditions beyond what cleaning and airflow verification can establish.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quote/invoice. For platform-managed clients (VendorCafe and similar), invoicing follows the platform process.
