Property management companies do not hire vendors — they onboard them. Before our crews set foot on your property, your compliance system needs our insurance certificates, W-9, licensing and background documentation verified and approved. Doctor Vent maintains active, compliant profiles in the major vendor credentialing platforms so that onboarding takes days, not weeks.
Platforms We Are Credentialed With
NetVendor
Active compliant profile. If your management company runs vendor compliance through NetVendor, we can typically be property-assigned within 2-3 business days.
RealPage Vendor Credentialing
Compliant in RealPage Vendor Credentialing (formerly Compliance Depot). Insurance, W-9 and documentation maintained current at all times.
VendorCafe
Registered and compliant in VendorCafe (Yardi ecosystem). Invoice submission through VendorCafe supported for Yardi-based management companies.
Insurance Built for Property Management Requirements
Our insurance programme is structured for multifamily vendor requirements: commercial general liability at the limits large management companies specify, workers’ compensation in every state we operate, and certificates of insurance issued with your exact additional-insured and waiver-of-subrogation wording — usually same day. See our insurance page for details.
New Platform? No Problem
If your company uses a credentialing platform we are not yet registered with, we complete registration promptly — our compliance documentation is maintained in a ready-to-submit state precisely so that new platform onboarding is fast. Tell us the platform when you request your quote and we will start registration in parallel with your quote.
